To participate in Gardenbook it is important that users understand and agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Violation of the Terms of Use may result in immediate and permanent termination of a user's account.

Safety & Conduct:

1. Users will not harass, intimidate or make uncomfortable, any other user of Gardenbook.
2. Users will not post racist or hateful material or comments.
3. Users will not attempt to solicit or capture the password or other sensitive information of any other user.
4. Users will not use Gardenbook to engage in illegal activity.
5. Users will not post pornographic materials. Content containing nudity or pornographic content may be removed without warning and appropriate action as determined by Gardenbook taken.
6. Users will not attempt to spread malicious viruses to users of Gardenbook.
7. Convicted sex offenders will not use Gardenbook.
8. Users will not post sensitive or private information.

Content:

1. Users accept that while Gardenbook endeavours to maintain a website free of inappropriate content, in using Gardenbook, users may occasionally come across offensive material. If this does occur, please notify Gardenbook staff by emailing feedback@gardenbook.com.au to have it removed.
2. Users will not upload content to which they do not own copyright and distribution rights.
3. Upon uploading content, users agree that Gardenbook may reproduce this content as required (Example: An uploaded photo may be resized, duplicated, distributed, shared or modified as necessary).

Registration & Security:

1. Users will not provide false or misleading information during the registration process.
2. Users will not impersonate other people, personalities or celebrities.
3. Users will not share their account password with anyone.
4. Users will not register multiple accounts.
5. Users will select a secure password that they are confident cannot be able to guessed.
6. Users will keep their password private and secure at all times.
